Outreach is the only way to keep the cycle of authentic engineering in our minority communities going as we teach to directly affect the numbers of competent XR & MR engineers. For students, it is a chance to work closely and ask the real questions right away during the personalized class sessions. The more we teach, the more we scale, & return the more students we will reach. This cycle keeps our team on an endless learning slope so that we can prepare expertly for the future.
